You haven't mentioned your home state. Analysing the previous year data, you have low chances of getting into NITs. You can try in your state under the Home State Quota. With this rank, you can expect to get a seat in some lower NITs, but getting CSE in top NITs is difficult with this rank. Also you can get many good private colleges with this percentile.
