Namaskaram. If you mean B.Ed. Special Education in Telangana, there may be some options even if your son did not write TG Ed.CET, but it depends on the college and the type of seat.

For regular TG Ed.CET counselling, a TG Ed.CET rank is generally required. However, some colleges have management/Category-B or separate merit-based admissions, and the rules can differ for B.Ed. Special Education.
