Namaste Sir,navodaya vidyalaya me urban area students ke liye 25% yani 20 seats hai.kya aisa ho sakta hai ki 20 me se sirf 3seats urban area student ko di jaye aur baki ke 17 seats rural area students ko mile .mere bete ne urban area se exam diya tha obc cota me 770 rank hai uska selection nhi hua
