Sorry to say, But it is difficult to get NIT. Because Your rank will lie somewhere b/w 130000-200000 if Your board % is b/w 80-90%. Admission for general category student close somewhere 30000-50000
Unless you are from the reserved category you will not get any of the IIT, but You have qualified JEE Mains so try for any private college where u can get admission thru JEE Mains, there you will get a scholarship too.
