Name some certificate courses while studying chemical engineering
Hi,
I would recommend doing a process design course first. This will definitely help you understand the important parameters which need to be considered in order to make a chemical process work.
I think understanding an individual process in a whole series of processes is more important. Then you can go into studying a concept like a process integration which considers the interactions between different processes which constitute one operation and considers the entire system as one entity. The main thing to understand here is that process design deals with development and optimization of individual processes whereas process integration constitutes various different processes which are linked and then viewed upon as one entity, and hence any optimization or modification that is to be done is applied to the entire operation as a whole.
Good Luck!
