Navodaya Vidyalaya admission form for 2025-26 for the class 9 is already started on 30 July 2025 and the last date of applying the application form is October 21, 2025. Correction window will be opened in November, 2025. The exam date will be conducted on 7 February 2026.

Navodaya Vidyalaya admission for Class 9 (session 2025-26) is through the Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) . The online application form was available from July 30, 2025 to October 21, 2025 on the official website of NVS.
There is no application fee . Students studying in Class 8 during 2025-26 in a recognised school and belonging to the district where the JNV is located are eligible to apply.
The selection test will be held on 7th February 2026 . The exam will be of 2 hours 30 minutes duration with questions from English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science for a total of 100 marks.
