NDA 1 and NDA2 are compulsory to give.?

You seem to be confused with the NDA I and NDA II. I will be happy if I can clarify the same.

National Defence Academy (NDA) examination is administered by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The NDA exam is conducted offline twice an year, each for 900 marks consists majorily of two papers - General Ability and Mathematics.

The Mathematics paper carries 300 marks. The General Ability carries 600 marks which is a composition of subjects like English (200 marks), Physics (100 marks), Chemistry (60 marks), General Science (40 marks), Geography (80 marks), History (80 marks) and Current Affairs (40 marks).

Hi, it is not necessary to give both NDA 1 and NDA 2 as it is an exam conducted by UPSC twice a year. If you have appeared for NDA 1 and got selected, you need not to appear for NDA 2 lest you want to improve your performance.
