In the first half you will be having your paper 1 which will be of 2 and a half hour and in the paper 2 will be in the second half of the day starts from usually 2 pm so basically a gap of 2-2.5 hours is there it depends on your center too as they may ask you to enter in the classroom and do formalities.

Hello Dear,
NDA written exam is conducted in two papers- Paper 1 consisting of Mathematics Section and Paper-2 consisting of General Ability. Both the sections are of 2.5 hours duration which means the total exam is of 5 hour duration. There's no gap between both the papers.
