No, it is not possible to get admitted for BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) course without NEET score. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical , Dental and Ayush colleges across India.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get into any medical college for your bams, be it a private medical college or government medical college without qualifying  neet entrance  examination because, it has been mandatory for qualifying neet examination for getting admission in medical colleges for bams,mbbs, bhms, bds etc and without qualifying neet, you cannot get admission in even abroads in medical colleges for your mbbs etc.

So , if you want to get into any medical college you have no option other than going through the entrance exam i.e NEET as it is the only gateway to all the medical colleges.

So , you need to give your best and prepare well for neet examination if you want to get into medical colleges for your bams
