Hello aspirant
If your daughter is qualified in neet then she is eligible to apply for neet counselling. You will have to register in official website of mcc.
Counselling for 15% all India qouta will be done in two rounds. The seat vacant at first round will be filled in second round and then the remaining vacant seats will be transfered to state qouta.
The registration for first round will start on last week of October. You will be given choices to fill and payment measures. Then you will have to report to the allocated institute.
You will be instructed to take necessary documents for counseling. This year counseling is done online.
The counseling process for neet 85% state qouta will be done in state counseling. Every state has their own criterias and guidelines for that
