Dear Parvati, you haven't mentioned the Institution that you want to pursue your Ph.D from. Some of the top Institutions for Ph.D Psychology are Amity University, Allahabad University, Punjab University, Banaras Hindu University and Kurukshetra University. The basic eligibility criteria is that you should have at least scored 50% in your Masters and should have qualified in the Entrance examination for the respective University that you want to get into. This is a 3 year fulltime course. There are institutions offering correspondence as well. So do let us know the Institution that you are interested in.
