neet-2019 -do we have option to not to participate in AIQ for choice filling ,as i know useless for 27000 AIR ,what is the procedure

Yes you have the full right not to participate in the 15% All India counselling. In fact this is your personal choice whether you will participate in the centralized counseling for 15% All India quota seat or not. This has nothing to deal with your 85% state quota counselling. Depending upon your category and state you may apply for the state quota seats for the course of MBBS and BDS. Hope this helps.

Yes you can do this. If you know that your chances are less to get you seat in MBBS through all India counselling so you can opt for state counselling where
85% seats are reserved for state quota
15% seats are reserved for all India quota.
So you can choose your admission through state quota counselling. And your chances are good to get seat through it.

so no need to register in mci site. if i dont want to participate am i right. and for state it should be different registration.
Yes, MCC do seat allotement of 15% all India seats. You have to register yourself through respective state authority counselling session.
