As per the latest notification the NTA ( National Testing Agency) will release the latest syllabus of NEET 2021 most probably in the first week of December.
So, it is not clearly said that the syllabus will get reduced or not.
Candidates are advised to to begin their preparation without any hindrance as early as possible so that they are thorough with each and every concepts and topics.
