Genuinely speaking ICSCE board helps a lot to cover the syllabus of physics, chemistry and biology of 11th and 12th. But if given the two options that you've mentioned, I'll recommend you to go for CBSE boards if possible since it will still help you for your 10+2 better than the state board.
