No dear, DON'T think of it. In many states OBCs are considered general like in my state odisha and we don't have any reservation at higher education for obcs but it is there at the time of jobs.
Coming to marks, its better to be on a safer side - above 500 marks would suffice your admission to mbbs course in Government college.
