Actually, on the basis of neet ug or simply called NEET you can't get admission in Gynaecology irrespective of your neet marks so can't help you with the marks required as it's not accepted for the same.
This is because,
Gynaecology is a PG course, which you can do after mbbs and admission is through NEET Pg/ INICET.
To become a Gynaecologist you will have to do Md/ Ms Obstetrics and Gynaecology. And to be eligible for that you need to do mbbs first.

To be eligible one must pass 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category. Also, needs to be at least 17 years old as on 31st December of the year of appearing for neet. To be on the safer side, out of 720 marks, target at least around 575 - 625 marks for state quota mbbs seats and 650 marks in neet for All india quota mbbs seats if you belong to general category to get a seat in a Government Medical College
