In the NEET 2020 application form, there is a field to fill the percentage of marks obtained in class 12th/qualifying examination, in this field, you'll have to mention the percentage of all the subjects.
Also, you'll have to mention the marks obtained in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/biotechnology subjects.
