neet ug 2020 when editing error images in print out slip bithold and new uploaded images printed side by side. is it correct

Balachandar, the correction slip for NEET UG 2020 contains both the old detail/ upload as well as the new and corrected detail/ upload. That is why you can find both the old and new uploaded images in the correction slip.
You need not worry as this is the correct format. You will find a note which says '(Changed by candidate)' in red beside the field which you have corrected, i.e. the specific image in your case.
