JEE Advance is the finals exam. JEE Mains is the examination that you have to qualify in order to appear for JEE Advance. There is a qualifying cutoff and all those who qualify that cutoff gets eligible to appearr for JEE Advance.And on the basis of JEE Main rank of the candidates they get admission in NITs, IIITs, CFTIs. And JEe Advanced is the exam conducted for admission into IITs. Cutoff of JEE advanced is used for admission into IITs. So even if you have missed out on JEE January session, NTA will conduct JEE again in April session. The next online application for April JEE (Main) -2020 Examination shall start from 7th February and shall remain open till 7th March 2020. The uploading of images and payment of the application fee will be upto 8th March-2020
