Do you mean that you want to join in BiPC 1 st year in a College ?

If yes, then you can visit the official website of the Junior College or you can contact them directly or through phone. You have you register for the particular course and then after few formalities your seat will confirmed. Some Colleges doesn't have official website in that case you might require to go to their office and ask for admission.
