new edit window is open but im not able to upload my thumb print again. please help

Hey,

You can upload documents again during the correction window only if you get a mail from NTA regarding correction. So, if you have got a mail, only then you will have the option to edit it.

If you don't have any mail then you can consider it to be correct. Incase, you have got a mail and are still not able to re-upload the sign, then please contact the helpdesk.

To make any corrections, you have to login in using your user ID and password that you get during registration.

I’ve got the mail and the edit window is open for me but I’m not able to edit anything it’s some technical problem I’ve tried to reach the nbe people but they have been of no help. Is there any office in Bangalore where I can reach them directly?
