You didn't mention the exam about which you are asking for registration.
I guess you are asking about jee mains april session, I would like to tell you that its registration will start on February 7, 2020 whereas last date to submit JEE Main April 2020 application form is 7th March , 2020 .
JEE main april 2020 admit card will be released on 16th March , 2020 while the JEE Main 2020 April exam will be conducted between 3rd April to 9th April , 2020 while the result will be announced on 30th April , 2020.
