There are many options available after 12th. YOu need to first find out whether you have a liking towards anything in particular and then search for courses in that and then colleges.

I will list out some options for you:

As you are a Science aspirant, I will guide you. If you have PCB as your main subjects then you can go for NEET exam. NEET is a national level exam for those who wants to become a doctor or who wants to make their career in the field of Medical Science. NEET exam is of two types, NEET and NEET PG. Those who have done MBBS, or BDs are eligible to appear for NEET PG exam. After NEET you can have these kind of Jobs

But if you fail to crack IIT exam then you can go for other private Institutions like VIT or SRM for B.Tech course in various streams and they don't even consider JEE MAINS score. They conduct their own entrance exam and give admission on the basis of that exam score only.
