You should get around 15000 rank to get nit colleges.as per your category you will get top or normal nits with this rank.

Better to score more than 95+ percentile score to get good Nit Colleges in April jEE mains exam.but keep more focus on April jEE mains exam because this year the exam held twice and cutoff may increase due to this.
So be careful and work hard for April jEE mains exam.
