There are total of 31 nits in India, and only the jee mains rank holders get admission in here.
This year the jee mains was of total of 300 marks.
And for getting in these nits, you must clear the cutoffs as well as secure ranks.

If you are targeting a top nit then your jee mains marks must be above 230 or 250 that means your percentile score must be above 99.
For some mid range or Good nits a score of 170 - 200 will do good.
And if you score marks near about 130 - 150, then you will get some low nits if you belong from other state quota.
