Hello,
You haven't mentioned your rank for jee mains,so i will give a basic knowledge of qualifying marks.

If you are belonging to the general category, then you score atlest 70 percentile for being qualified. And you need to get above 93 percentile to get NITs.
If you are belonging to obc category then you qualifying may be similar as general category but littlebit good chances than them. If you want to get NITs then you need to score atleast 88-90 percentile.
If you are belonging to sc or sc category then your qualifying rank would less than them(still haven't declared NTA)and to get NITs, then you need to score atleast 70 percentile.
And if you are physically handicapped,then you will be having great chances to qualify for 40 percentile also and you need atlest 50 percentile to get NITs.
