As per NIT Trichy's official website, the per semester fees of B.Arch is around Rs.1.03 lakhs.
The B.Arch course comprises of 10 semesters (5 years), thus the total expense will be around Rs. 11 lakhs .
This fees includes hostel and mess fees. Also, this fees is for the year 2019 admitted students. The fees may increase a bit from the next year.

It depends from NIT to NIT. It is not same for all the NIT's. As you have not mentioned any hence i am providing you the example of Callicult and trichy.
For Callicut it is around 6.4 lakhs in total and for Trichy it is around 7 in total.
