Dear aspirant ,
You can select NITs of your preference during JOSAA counseling. There's no such mark scheme for NITs. It totally depends on the branch you want to pursue. Top most NITs come with the highest priority. NITs like Trichy, Rourkela, Surathkal, Warangal and Jaipur can be considered as the topmost NITs. Considering that the cutoff is higher here. But in Northeast state NITs the cutoff is least for a NIT.
