no seat is alloted in first cap round.what to do for second cap round becouse there is no any option given on site for going for second cap

You haven't mentioned the name of the exam. Still let me try to explain.

The counselling process mau have multiple seat allotmnent rounds. In Round I, only a limited number of seats may be filled as per the merit rank. If you are not in the allotment list, you will be considered for subsequent rounds. But please note that since allotment is done in the order of merit, you will only after accomodating all candidates ranked above you.

Since you are saying there is no option for second round, it might be because you will be automatically considered for seat allotment.
