Yes there are various colleges which have seats for post graduation but the fact is seats are too less which come down as less as 2 to 3 seats only for particular course in a particular college.  You can check the list of colleges available and courses available too from the below link that I'll provide you. It has big colleges like Seth GS medical college, Mumbai, St. Johns medical college, Mangalore, etc.

Total number of MD+MS+Diploma seats in India: 25,041 (Government+Private) (Including AIIMS, PGI, JIPMER, NIMHANS)

Total number of MD+MS+Diploma seats under NEET PG: 23,729 (Government+Private)(excluding AIIMS- 183, PGI- 148, JIPMER- 212, NIMHANS- 27)

Total number of MD+MS+Diploma Government seats: 15,471 (Including AIIMS, PGI, JIPMER, NIMHANS)

Total number of MD+MS+Diploma government seats under NEET PG: 14,159

Expected number of medical students appeared in NEET PG 2017 : 1,17,000 !!! (Ain’t that a joke)
