now i am a beginer of BE MECH and how should i perpare for GATE from starting

It is good that you are planning to start early but you just started you BE Degree and starting GATE preparations now is not correct as there a lot of concepts yet to cover. So wait till your 3rd year

i think you should wait for another before starting to prepare for gate since you wont be able to givwe this exam till your final year any how, ideal case is you prepare on your own in 2nd year and in third year you should take coaching for the same.

while doing self study you should first buy made easy previous 26 year book which will contain topic wise previous year question of gate along with this you must buy made easy's mathematics book and reasoning and aptitude book.

now you should buy hand written notes of either made ease or ACE acedamy then study according to weightage of a topic in previous year paper.prepare your own short notes of every subject except aptitude,for that you should mark important tricks on book itself,

after that join made easy's test series and you will score good!
