After BCA, Firstly it depends on you whether you are interested in pursuing further studies or go for gaining experience. I would suggest you to gain some experience through internship/job in the related field as per your interest and then after you get a good exposure to it after it you can plan to do MCA. This will give a hike not only to your package but also your profile.
