Ved, we are sorry about that. Usually we get nothing less than 2000-5000 questions a day and we try to answer as many as possible within 24 hours. But that shouldn't be an excuse for not being able to answer you. Please help us with the question in the Comments section or you can post a new question and tag my name to it.
