Now I want clarification about my B-Tech admission. I got 1143 rank in AEEE, and 280 marks in BITSAT. So which is better to got good seat.

Your BITSAT marks are quite decent and you have very good chances with BITS Hyderabad campus for following streams.
Manufacturing engineering
Chemical engineering
Civil engineering
Instrumentation and electronics engineering.

As per AEEE ranks you can get any college but all are ibferuor to BITS as its best brand after IIITs and all NITs.
