You can write competitive exam like NEET, AIIMS, AIPMT and other to get into prestigious medical colleges if you are studying biology in 12th class. You can take medical profession by securing good seat in colleges with good marks.

You can take fashion designing and graphics by getting into engineering colleges. Your PCM marks are should be above 75%. Biology is not counted since it is a optional subject.

Is there is any job offer for fashion designing in tamilnadu
In tamilnadu the only good college I know for fashion designing is NIFT. It is one on the top college in India.
How can I calculate percentage in PCM
To calculate PCM take pcm marks. For example if you scored physics 50/100 chemistry 60/100 and maths 70/100. Add all scores, divided by total (here it is 300) and multiply by 100. This is your aggregate percentage.
