    The answer to your question highly depends on what you want and expect from the scenario. If you aren't interested in taking a drop you can join a college right now, as of now the classes are online but it doesn't mean you shouldn't be joining a college right now. If you are not satisfied with the choices you have available right now you can consider taking a drop year.
