With a NEET score of around 300, getting a government medical college is very difficult in most states. Admission depends on factors like:

• Category (General, OBC, SC/ST, etc.)

• State quota vs All India quota

• Cutoffs for that year

For general category , 300 usually won’t be enough for MBBS in government colleges. You might get some seats in reserved categories or in less competitive states , but it’s not guaranteed.

You can still try private colleges or NEET counseling for state quota seats . Also, focus on improving your score for better chances next year.
