Hi Tanay,

The application form is available offline. However, the online application form will be uploaded online on September 9, 2018. There is no application fee for NTSE Delhi. It will be uploaded here as soon as it is available online.

The exam will be held on November 4, 2018 and NTSE Delhi result will be declared in the first week of March. Students who qualify the state level exam will be able to appear for the national level exam (stage II - conducted by NCERT) on May 12, 2019.

Since the form isn't uploaded online yet, you can ask your school authorities to provide you one. You will have to submit the completely filled application form before the last date for attestation by the school principal. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 4, 2018.
