Hi,
In 10th and 12th board, if you have filled General category and now want to change to OBC in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced 2019, I do not think there is a possibility to change it now. But you may send a mail to the JEE Mains authorities (NTA) at jeemain-nta@nic.in and JEE Advanced at jeech@iitr.ac.in to allow you to change the category stating that you have the caste certificates now. They may reopen the portal for you to make changes in your application form.
