obc in Delhi list but not in central....i do have a valid obc ncl issued by nct Delhi... will i be valid in jac counseling as obc.. some say yes, some say no

Yes, you will likely be valid for OBC-NCL reservation in JAC Delhi counseling (DTU, NSIT, IIITD, IGDTU) if you have a valid OBC-NCL certificate issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi, even if your caste is not in the central OBC list. JAC Delhi requires a Delhi-specific OBC certificate for the reserved seats.
