    Hello Aspirant,

    Yes it will be considered valid only if an OBC category is listed under the central reservation list of states available at official website of NCBC. Official site is given below, you can check it out :-

    http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx


    If not the above case then it will not be considered for central reservations.
