Ok so if i will be able to give both exam in 2019(Jan & April) even if i completed my 12th in 2017.

Hey.
To be eligible to take the JEE Mains exam in 2019 you must have passed class XII or amd equivalent qualifying exam in 2017 or 2018. As you have completed your 12th in 2017 you seem to be eligible to take exam, both of them in January and in April in 2019.
