On my 10th certificate my name is written correctly but on my photo of 10th ceritificate my name is written. I remembered that I made a correction during 10th class and changed it but somehow on my photo the name remained same. Is there going to be problem during NEET counselling?

No not at all, if you have properly mentioned your name in 10th certificate photo is not an issue
