On what basis to get the course at IIT...

Hello Sakthi,
All the IITs conduct their admission process based on score of JEE Advance examination.
To appear for JEE Advance you have to first qualifiy JEE mains.
The seats are allocated via centralized admission process based on your score in JEE Advance for the course you have selected in application.
The percentage criteria for 12 th to take admission to IITs is, you must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.
