Hello,
Jee mains makes you eligible for admission in NITs or IIITs and if you cross cutoff of this exam then you are eligible to appear for jee advanced.And if you score good marks in it then only you can get admission in IITs with cse branch.
You need to have a rank under 8000 in jee advanced to get admission in some of the IITs with cse branch.
You have to score atleast an aggregate marks of 75% in class 12th board exams for general category students to be eligible for admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs.
