only obc category wale kis category ko select kare isme khali obc ka option nahi aa raha hai

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that there are certain universities or colleges that does not reserve seats for OBC students. You can select Open category or general category in that case. If you want to choose a college that has reservation for OBC students, then you can look for such colleges by searching for them.
