Opening and closing rank for b-arch in ju, and my rank is 3500 in paper 2...Can I get admission in gov. College??Help me pls

Generally all the colleges accept NATA score for admission in barch program. Only NITs and SPAs accepts jee mains paper2 score. As per your rank of 3500 in general category, you can get any SPAs , so go for counselling.
