For jee counselling both crl rank and category rank will be considerd for other state . But mainly they will consider the category rank means obc rank.
But in spot round they will consider only the common rank or all in india (crl rank).
So,in other state they will consider both ranks.

Hello Shubham, as you know JEE Main is the central government organised exam it will accept any state OBC certificate. If you apply through OBC rank then you will definitely get better college than if you apply through general rank. If you have OBC rank then take advantage of it as it is given for that only.
