The engineering school St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET) is situated in Gavsi Manapur, Nagpur, Maharashtra.  The Nagpur Pallottine Society established the institute in 2004.  The college was associated with Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) at the time of its founding.  Since then, St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology has been given autonomous status by the University Grants Commission (UGC).  The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has given the institute its approval.
