Pamela has many friends in Hyderabad.

Even "more" friends is correct provided the sentence has another sentence before it like Pamela has friends in Delhi. That can be continued with a statement like "Pamela has many friends in Hyderabad.

But much and little are not correct because they denote things.

I thought that In case of superlative we can use many . In case of comparision with other we can use more . Is that correct?
